Ingredients
- 1# Ground Beef (venison)
- 1 Medium Onion chopped
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper chopped
- 1/2 Package Soyrizo
- 1 package Lipton Onion Soup mix
- ~1/2 tsp Cumin
- ~1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- ~1 Tbs Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 large can Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 small can Rotel
- 2 15oz cans Kidney Beans (rinsed, don’t want the starch water)
- 2 15oz cans Chili Beans (don’t rinse you want the bean liquid)
Optional
- Sour Cream
- More Onion
- Cilantro
Method
- Brown ground beef in a little oil
- Add onion, peppers, and soyrizo and sauté until soft
- Add tomatoes, rotel, beans, and seasonings
