- Ground beef 20-30% fat
- Parsley
- Minced onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Jalapeno (choice)
Method
- Mince the onion in the food processor, strain in a strainer and save the onion juice for later.
- Mix all ingredients together very well, add seasoning to your taste.
- Shape the meat on screw wet hand with onion juice and dab the beef.
- Brush onion juice as you barbecue to keep the meat moist.
