Ingredients

  • Ground beef 20-30% fat
  • Parsley
  • Minced onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Jalapeno (choice)

Method

  1. Mince the onion in the food processor, strain in a strainer and save the onion juice for later.
  2. Mix all ingredients together very well, add seasoning to your taste.
  3. Shape the meat on screw wet hand with onion juice and dab the beef.
  4. Brush onion juice as you barbecue to keep the meat moist.
