Ingredients

  • ground beef (5pm per burger, balled into 2.5oz balls)
  • onions sliced thin on a mandolin
  • American cheese
  • Buns (preferably potato)

Method

  1. Ball ground meat into 2.5 oz.
  2. Place onions on top of meat.
  3. Smash meat and onions together, season with salt
  4. Cook meat and onions.
  5. Flip meat and onions.
  6. Add cheese on top of meat.
  7. Add buns on top of patty to steam
