Ingredients
- ground beef (5pm per burger, balled into 2.5oz balls)
- onions sliced thin on a mandolin
- American cheese
- Buns (preferably potato)
Method
- Ball ground meat into 2.5 oz.
- Place onions on top of meat.
- Smash meat and onions together, season with salt
- Cook meat and onions.
- Flip meat and onions.
- Add cheese on top of meat.
- Add buns on top of patty to steam
