Ingredients
- 1/2 White onion, diced
- Yellow mustard
- Cheese (see notes)
- Sliced pickles
- Buns (ideally potoato or brioche if available)
Method
- Heat griddle to as hot as it gets
- Divide beef into two 2-ounce balls
Tools
- Spatula (non-slotted)
- Griddle
- Grill press
- Optional. Could use another tool’s handle and the spatula to press the patty in a bind.
