Ingredients

  • Tuna, 2 cans
  • Green onions
  • Mini cucumbers, 3
  • Red onion, 0.5 large
  • Dill, 2 tbsp
  • Pickles, 8 small
  • Greek yogurt, 1 cup
  • Avocado, 1
  • Mustard, 1 tbsp
  • Pickle juice, 1 tbsp
  • Paprika, 1 tsp
  • Salt, 0.5 tsp

Method

  1. Drain the tuna and place it in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Chop the green onions, mini cucumbers, red onion, and dill and add them to the bowl.
  3. Slice the pickles and add them to the bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, avocado, mustard, pickle juice, paprika, and salt to make the dressing.
  5. Pour the dressing over the tuna and vegetable mixture and stir until well combined.
