- Tuna, 2 cans
- Green onions
- Mini cucumbers, 3
- Red onion, 0.5 large
- Dill, 2 tbsp
- Pickles, 8 small
- Greek yogurt, 1 cup
- Avocado, 1
- Mustard, 1 tbsp
- Pickle juice, 1 tbsp
- Paprika, 1 tsp
- Salt, 0.5 tsp
Method §
- Drain the tuna and place it in a large mixing bowl.
- Chop the green onions, mini cucumbers, red onion, and dill and add them to the bowl.
- Slice the pickles and add them to the bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, avocado, mustard, pickle juice, paprika, and salt to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the tuna and vegetable mixture and stir until well combined.
